Our Team
Green Square is shaped by instructors who care deeply about movement, learning, and the human body.
Our team combines experience, attentiveness, and a shared belief in joyful, mindful movement. Each instructor brings their own perspective while working within a common philosophy rooted in awareness, science, and respect for the body.

Konstantin
Founder
Konstantin’s movement journey began over 20 years ago, spanning roles as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, fitness director, and certified Polestar Pilates instructor. His background as a dancer further deepened his understanding of how the body moves and connects.
After years of helping adults recover from surgeries and chronic pain, he noticed a pattern — most issues were rooted in something that started much earlier: a lack of body awareness. That realization, combined with his experience as a father of two girls, sparked a new mission. He imagined a place where children could build strong, confident bodies long before pain ever became part of their story.
That vision became Green Square — a kids’ movement center rooted in Love, Fun, Mindfulness, and Science. Every program draws on Konstantin’s deep knowledge of Pilates principles, biomechanics, and motor development research, blended with the joy and imagination that make children want to move. A lifelong learner, he is constantly expanding his knowledge through workshops, courses, and the latest research — always bringing it back to the families he serves.
