Movement programs
At Green Square, programs are not rigid formats or fixed paths. They are movement directions — ways to explore strength, coordination, focus, expression, and awareness through guided physical activity.
Our offerings evolve, but our foundation stays the same: movement rooted in joy, mindfulness, and science.
How our programs are structured
We offer movement programs that develop fundamental movement patterns across different modalities.
Each program supports:
- coordination and balance
- strength and joint stability
- body awareness and control
- confidence and focus
- long-term physical health
Current programs are led by experienced instructors and updated regularly in our schedule.

Little Movers & Me: PlayTime
A 90-minute open-play session for children ages 18 months to 3 years, guided by our instructors alongside a caregiver.
PlayTime gives young children more freedom to move, explore, and play at their own pace. Using age-appropriate equipment, props, and sensory materials, children can climb, balance, touch, create, and discover while instructors help guide the experience when needed.
With more time for independent exploration and child-led play, PlayTime supports coordination, sensory awareness, confidence, and curiosity in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Little Movers & Me: WorkTime
A 45-minute structured, instructor-led class for children ages 18 months to 3 years and their caregivers.
Through music, movement, creative activities, and age-appropriate physical exercises, children follow a guided class designed to build coordination, confidence, and early movement skills. Each activity has a clear purpose while keeping the experience playful, engaging, and appropriate for young children.
WorkTime introduces little movers to following simple instructions, participating in group activities, and expressing themselves through movement — all with the support of a caregiver by their side.

Power Play Circuit
An obstacle-based class designed to build strong, confident, and active kids through fun and dynamic movement.
Power Play Circuit challenges children to climb, jump, crawl, stretch, and navigate obstacle courses that develop grip strength, balance, coordination, focus, and overall physical resilience. Through guided activities and creative play, kids build essential motor skills, body awareness, and teamwork — all in a high-energy, supportive setting.
